Meet Colby Fulfer
As a lifetime Arkansas resident who grew up in the region he wants to represent, Colby Fulfer is well aware of the growing number of issues facing our nation, state, and individual communities. As a conservative leader in both the public and private sectors, he knows that Arkansas needs someone who will solve problems, not create problems by simply having good intentions and no means of finding solutions.
His experience in this mindset comes from a long history of being a public and private servant. His current role as the Chief of Staff to Doug Sprouse has placed in him a position where he is solving problems and making connections to benefit Springdale residents daily. He is proud to have been key in establishing Springdale as the first pro-life city in the State of Arkansas, not just as a resolution, but through zone ordinance changes and supporting agencies that provide healthcare to women that do not include abortion.
He also has experience in the government sector from his time on the Springdale City Council. It is important to Colby to serve the people of his hometown and, as Senator, the people of his entire district.
While his most recent experience has been in the public sector, Colby has also been a small business owner, which, as he says, means he “knows what it is like to sign not just the back of the check, but the front of the check.” He knows how government interference harms all businesses, but especially what the region is made of – small businesses. Understanding the weight that comes with being responsible for people’s livelihoods and well-being is front and center for Colby in all that he does professionally.
Colby weaves his personal ethics, faith, and talents through his professional life as he is known as a servant leader and advocate who is honest and transparent. Even by those who oppose him, he is well-respected for being a consensus-seeking, principled leader. Colby and his wife, Rachel, have three children.
He wants to take solutions to the problems and has solved many problems in his work from strategy to execution.
Colby Fulfer wants to be part of the conversations where the problems are being discussed and solved.
With your help, we can elect him and get things moving in the right direction!
